So ordering was fine overall, but the payment part was kind of annoying. My card wouldn’t go through, so I had to use e-transfer instead, which took extra time. I just wish the checkout process was a bit simpler

I was browsing herbapproach.com and, i didn’t feel totally comfortable with it. The site looks fine at first glance, but some of the trust details felt a little vague. I was looking for clearer info about the company, customer support, and what happens if there’s a problem, but it gave off those classic “just trust us, bro” vibes. I’m not saying it’s fake or anything, but I’d definitely be careful before ordering. For me, the whole thing felt a bit too “shadowy online shop” to feel relaxed about it

I understand places get busy, and I try to be fair about that, but it took several days to hear back. A quicker response or even a simple update would have made the experience feel a lot better.

I tried the edibles and they were actually good tasting, which I liked. The effects came in nice too, not too much but definitely there in a good way. Overall, yeah, I was happy with it and would get them again probably.

I checked out Herb Approach thinking maybe the prices would be better, but a lot of it seemed a bit higher than other sites I’ve used. There are some deals here and there, so it’s not like everything is overpriced, but unless there’s a sale or something, I’m not sure it really feels worth it. This was my first time ordering, and the tracking email came through quickly, which I appreciated. I didn’t have to keep wondering where my package was or message anyone about it. Canada Post did take a little longer than the first estimate, so I was... kind of watching it for a day, but the tracking from Herb Approach updated after that. Overall, it was a good experience. Communication was fine, and the package showed up safely. Taking off one star just because the timing wasn’t perfect.
